The world premiere of SALT was at the Adelaide Film Festival on February 20th 2009.
SALT is one of two documentaries at the festival to have been supported through the Adelaide Film Festival Investment Fund. Directors Michael Angus and Murray Fredericks would especially like to thank Festival Director, Katrina Sedgwick for her enthusiastic support for the SALT project and for the fantastic Festival that she and all the staff at the Adelaide Film Festival have managed to organise. We are delighted to be a part of it.
- Norwegian Short Film Festival
The Norwegian Short Film Festival runs from June 16ht to June 21st 2010 in Grimstad, Norway. Salt is part of the official program of the festival, and will screen twice during the event.

Salt is screening at the CinemAmbiente in Torino, Italy June 1st to 6th, 2010. Since 1998 CinemAmbiente Environmental Film Festival has presented a choice selection of environmental films from the previous year's titles to promote their wider distribution and the growth of this media sector.

Salt is part of the official selection for the Trento Film Festival in Italy from April 29 to May 9, 2010. This years Trento Film Festival program promises a wide selection of narrative and documentary auteur films presenting exciting stories of human beings in relation to nature, mountains and adventure.

The 9th Annual AIFF is scheduled for April 8 - 12 2010 in Oregon, USA. The ashland independent film festival is five days of the highest quality independent film in this historic town the Washington Post called "a dream you'll never want to leave." Every Spring, Southern Oregon is buzzing with the excitement of the AIFF. Over 6000 film lovers gather at the historic art-deco Varsity Theatre in downtown to watch over 80 films in five days.

The 48th Ann Arbor Film Festival runs from the 23rd to te 28th March 2010. The festival presents 170 films from more than 20 countries over six days in downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. "Salt" screens as a part of the festival.
